How long does shipping take?

Within the U.S. your product should arrive within a week after it has been shipped out. Once we send out your order you will receive an email with a tracking link for your convenience. Orders outside the U.S. are subject to longer shipping times, but will always be accompanied with a tracking number for your convenience. 

Do products ship worldwide? 

Yes, however, depending on the destination country, a third party shipping service should be utilized. For example, customers in the Middle East should use their Aramex account. If the customer does not have an Aramex account, please contact us through our contact page and we will try to resolve a shipping strategy for your order.

Do I have to pay customs fees? 

On orders shipped outside the United States, customs fees may apply upon delivery. For select orders in the EU, customs fees may be waived.
